masuk ke dial pad, ketik: *#2263#
pilih "WCDMA band preference", terus pilih "WCDMA ALL", ntr keluar tulisan "Band Pref:WCDMA ALL", keluar deh.
buat balikin ke setingan auto langsung aja ke menu setting mobile network, centang "Use only 2G networks", matiin lagi buat dibalikkin ke auto 3G/2G
